With multiple 20-year members and a half dozen with 10+ years, the exceptional nature of the group is demonstrated by the longevity of its membership. This New York City-based networking group was established to support the business development of its members through education, networking, and referrals. TBC serves as a forum for members to connect and further expand their understanding of each other’s expertise with the goal of providing these trusted resources to their daily business relationships. Membership is exclusive, with only one individual per business category or profession within the group.
New members are selected through a vetting process, which involves meetings with five existing members. The Executive Committee then discusses the feedback and determines if the prospective member is a suitable fit for the group.
TBC membership fosters long-term relationships with a focus on trust and value. It is understood that a referral from a TBC member is an extension of one’s own credibility. Business connections are initiated, established, and nurtured through confidential boardroom-style meetings held approximately every three weeks.
Additionally, New York City’s TBC hosts Open Meetings twice a year, allowing members to invite clients and contacts for a 1.5-hour open networking event. And, the year concludes with a members-only dinner to celebrate and look forward to another productive year of working together.
TBC of New York is an excellent platform for expanding your referral network.

It is obvious from your immediate offer of support that TBC is a truly special networking group. You all extend support to each other with a generous spirit of reciprocity. You are ready to receive help, willingly ask for it, and earnestly offer it without reservation or restraint, too. This is the kind of group that I would like to be part of. Thank you or your willingness to interview me. I hope that you will find that I can make a contribution to the work that you all do together.
